車用直噴式柴油機可變預行程泵電控系統(tǒng)研究|最新資料
【摘要】 為了達到中國大氣污染防治法對車用柴油機排放的要求,結(jié)合中國目前的柴油機發(fā)展狀況,開發(fā)了可變預行程泵的電控系統(tǒng)。本文進行了可變預行程泵的電控系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計和電子控制單元(ECU)軟件的開發(fā),針對CA6110柴油機對電控可變預行程泵進行了匹配和標定試驗,試撞結(jié)果表明了可變預行程泵電控系統(tǒng)的良好的綜合性能,它的應(yīng)用為直噴式柴油機性能的改進提價了很大的潛力; 【關(guān)鍵詞】 柴油機;噴油泵;電控系統(tǒng);軟件; 【Abstract】 In order to meet the demands of China Air Act on automotive diesel engine exhaustemissions,an electronic control system for variable pre-stroke fuel injection pump(VPSFIP)of automotive direct injection diesel engine was developed in accordance with the technical level of China diesel industry。Layout of electronic control system for VPSFIP,developments of software for electronic control unit(ECU)are presented。Match and calibration tests were done for CA 6110 diesel en-gine。Test results showed a good overall performance of the variable pre-stroke pump electronic control system。Its application provides the potentiality for improving performances of D.
